Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)At CodyFM, we are fully committed to creating a safe, respectful, and responsible environment for all users. As part of our goal to prioritize the safety of our community, we strictly prohibit any content or activity that exploits or harms children. This policy covers our zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).1. Prohibited Content, Activities, and BehaviourWe strictly do not allow:- The storage, sharing, and/or distribution of explicit content involving minors, including images, videos, and/or text.
- Grooming and/or other predatory behaviours aimed at exploiting and/or endangering children.
- Any form of communication and/or activity intended to facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Attempts to evade our safety measures to engage in harmful and/or exploitative behaviour.
2. Reporting Inappropriate ContentAll users should report inappropriate content involving minors. This is easy and can be done through a number of mechanisms:- In-App: Users can report an audio clips by tapping on the white flag of said audio clip then selecting "Inappropriate Content". Users can also report profiles and open mic submissions by selecting the profile and clicking on the "Report" button, then selecting "Inappropriate Content".
- Email: You can also report inappropriate content by sending an email to our dedicated email address: report@cody.fm. Please include as much detail as possible.
3. EnforcementOur team actively monitors content that was reported for violations of this policy. If prohibited content and/or behaviour is detected, we will take immediate action, which may include:- Removing offending content.
- Suspending and/or banning user accounts involved in violations.
- Reporting incidents to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
4. Collaboration with Authorities
We will fully cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations around the world to prevent, detect, and respond to incidents of CSAE.
5. Ongoing Commitment
We intend to continuously update our policies, tools, and systems to combat CSAE.
